A few things. I'm an FMG Pro bodybuilder, so I understand body composition, training, and what it actually takes to change a physique, manage stress and fuel your body so it can perform in its most optimal state. But before that, I worked in healthcare as a nurse — which means I come at this from a clinical lens too. I've seen first-hand how stress, nutrition, hormones, chronic conditions, and rehabilitation all interact, and how you can't pull on one thread without affecting the others. That's the perspective we coach from at State of Performance — your training, food, sleep, stress, and recovery aren't separate problems. They're one system. On top of that, I'm not running this solo. We have a full coaching team, a structured programming system, and a check-in process refined over years of doing this work. This is the only thing we do. We're not a general fitness program that also does cortisol stuff on the side.

There's a level of measurement involved because we need to know your body is actually getting what it needs, but we've built our own State of Performance nutrition app to make it as seamless and low-effort as possible. You're not tracking every single macro of every single bite. You're not living inside MyFitnessPal. The mental load is taken off you so you can focus on actually living your life while your body changes in the background.
